- Contribute to complex network transformation projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Collaborate with experienced professionals and continually share knowledge
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- Experience or strong interest in mobile networks (GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G) and RAN/Core architectures
- Knowledge of OSS/BSS, Element Manager, and Telco monitoring platforms
- Experience in design, validation, and optimization of mobile network infrastructures
- Strong teamwork and clear communication skills
- Strong interest in MVNO ecosystems and related architectures
- Strong problem-solving and interoperability validation across network domains
- Strong asset: experience with AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Agentic Workflows, GraphRAG, LLM reasoning
