- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals within the Italian market.
- Ensure compliance with Italian labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local employment practices.
- Facilitate effective communication and foster strong employee relations, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment.
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and development initiatives tailored to the Italian context.
- Manage and maintain local HR information systems and administrative processes.
- Design and deliver targeted employee development and training programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Advise on compensation & benefits, performance management, and organizational design for the Italian region.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally within an international environment.
- Proven experience in Italian payroll and labor relations is essential.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluent Italian (C2) and English (C1) required.
- Familiarity with HR communication and reporting tools is a plus.
