As Factory Quality Manager, you will lead food safety and quality across the plant, partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliant, on‑time product releases and continuous improvements. You will build a high‑performing quality organization, drive defect elimination and risk‑based decisions, and serve as the guardian of food safety to support business objectives. The role reports to the Factory Manager and manages a team of 10, with a focus on standard‑setting and manufacturing excellence in a premium beverage environment.

Responsabilità
5–7 years of experience in quality roles with demonstrated leadership of a team
Management exposure in a factory environment
Degree in microbiology, chemistry, food science technology, food engineering or related field
Fluency in Italian and English
Proven track xysqume record delivering results through cross‑functional initiatives
Ability to set priorities, delegate, and build networks across functions
Experience with quality systems, HACCP, and risk‑based decision making
