As Proposal Manager you will lead tender responses for the Drilling & Sonsub business line, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to shape competitive proposals. You will define the plan, cost structure, interfaces with partners and clients, and ensure risk and cost controls are embedded from bid to contract. You will also drive client negotiations and the transition to project execution if awarded, contributing to the company’s energy transition goals. This role offers exposure to high-tech offshore/onshore projects and cross-functional collaboration on complex commercial and technical issues.
Responsibilities
Analyze tender requirements and contract conditions to identify critical issues
Develop the Proposal Plan and coordinate the kickoff, define project cost structure
Manage interfaces with Partners and Client and ensure project organization, schedule, and resource plan




Review and control cost estimates, cash flow, and cost closure reports; oversee risk analysis with ROBS/R&O; methodology
Lead post-bid clarification and negotiations on pricing, commercial, contractual and technical aspects
Define Control Budget and oversee handover to project execution upon award
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Engineering
10+ years of experience as Proposal Manager or Project Manager for industrial projects
Experience with high-tech xysqume products including robotics and processing (preferred)
English at least B2
Knowledge of project management, risk management, and public works bid schemes (plus)
Ability to manage timelines, resources, and multiple tasks; strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
