The Artwork Coordinator manages and coordinates artwork projects for printed packaging, ensuring regulatory compliance, technical accuracy, and alignment with brand and company standards across EMEA for different clients in the FMCG sector. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate the end-to-end artwork process for printed packaging, from briefing to final approval. /li liManage artwork updates related to new product launches, packaging changes, regulatory updates, and business continuity initiatives. /li liCollaborate closely with marketing, regulatory affairs, quality, RD, and supply chain teams to gather inputs and secure approvals. /li liWork with repro agencies, packaging suppliers, and printers to ensure technical feasibility, accuracy, and print readiness. /li liReview and proof artwork files to ensure compliance, consistency, and high attention to detail. /li liTrack timelines and proactively manage deadlines to ensure smooth project delivery.
/li liMaintain version control, documentation, and approval records to ensure traceability. /li liSupport harmonization and optimization initiatives across markets to improve efficiency and consistency. /li liEnsure artwork status is correctly maintained in internal systems (e.g., SAP or artwork platforms). /li liTroubleshoot artwork or production issues to protect launch timelines and quality standards. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Experience /h3 ul liSignificant experience in artwork coordination, packaging production, or prepress, ideally within FMCG, beverage, or regulated industries. /li liStrong understanding of printed packaging processes and print-ready file preparation. /li liProven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of printing technologies, packaging materials, and artwork workflows. /li liFamiliarity with artwork management tools and Adobe-based environments is an advantage. /li liExperience working with regulatory or compliance-driven packaging is a plus. /li liBachelor’s degree in Packaging, Graphic Arts, Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. /li /ul h3Personal Skills /h3 ul liExceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading ability. /li liHighly organized, structured, and methodical approach to work. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills. /li liPragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to work under deadlines. /li liComfortable working in an international, cross-functional environment. /li /ul h3Location, Contract Timeline /h3 ul liWorking setting: Mainly remote, some attendance might be required at Milan offices /li liContract: Permanent, Tempo pieno /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
