Overview

In this role, you will assist in creating and validating the work schedule, ensuring feasibility and identifying optimization opportunities. You will monitor execution to meet timelines and standards, collaborating with the Site Manager to maintain activity continuity. You’ll help plan and coordinate workforce efforts and report any issues to the Project Manager. You will also support relationships with suppliers, clients, and the Supervising Authority. This position offers travel within Italy and a pathway to grow within an international, people-focused company.

Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing and validating the work schedule for feasibility and optimization
- Monitor schedule execution to respect timelines and standards
- Collaborate with the Site Manager to ensure continuity of activities
- Support workforce planning and coordination of site activities




- Report issues and non‑compliance to the Project Manager
- Assist in managing relationships with suppliers, clients, and the Supervising Authority

Qualifications
- Technical diploma or degree
- Previous experience in the role is a plus
- Entry-level candidates considered
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and management skills
- Willingness xysqume to travel within Italy (construction sites)
