Experteer Overview

In this role you will support and optimize Prada’s end-to-end PDP image generation workflow, ensuring consistent, high-quality still-life and on-model content. You will define visual guidelines for 360 image production and help launch asset generation workflows, while supervising post-production refinement to align with brand standards. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enable scalable content production and drive continuous improvement of AI‑driven outputs. This position offers a chance to shape luxury content production at a global fashion leader.

- Orchestrate end-to-end AI‑driven asset production (image, video, variants)
- Translate creative briefs into prompts, workflows, and generation logic
- Manage iteration cycles (prompt tuning, model selection, re‑generation strategies)
- Ensure timely delivery across multiple workstreams
- Monitor output against Prada brand standards (views, formats)
- Perform still‑life and on‑model post‑production and refinement when needed
- Apply quality control for consistency, realism, and luxury codes




- Adapt workflows to project needs for efficiency and quality
- Provide feedback to improve workflows, tools, and generation processes
- Partner with Content and Marketing Digital teams to define standards and output guidelines
- Drive upskilling on GenAI tools and governance on AI usage

Responsabilità
- 3 years of experience in leading marketing agency, creative design studio, or creative‑centric organization with hands‑on content production xysqume
- Strong portfolio with high‑quality marketing content across image and/or video
- Hands‑on experience with AI generators and prompting skills (e.g., Google Vertex, Higgsfield, Seedance, Freepik, Kling, Flora)
- Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and content production orchestration tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Ability to collaborate in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
- English proficiency (written and spoken)
