As Electrical Construction Manager on a flagship Milan data centre project, you will lead electrical installation across a fast-paced site, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You’ll coordinate LV, MV, HV, and critical infrastructure interfaces with MEP and architectural teams, while guiding subcontractors and providing technical updates to clients. The role sits within a high-performance, engineering-led environment with strong long-term prospects. This opportunity combines hands‑on delivery with exposure to hyperscale development standards.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Lead the electrical installation works on a new‑build data centre ensuring compliance with design specs, safety standards, and programme requirements
- Manage interfaces between electrical systems (LV, MV, HV, UPS, generators, switchgear, critical infrastructure) and other trades for seamless MEP/architectural integration
- Oversee testing, commissioning,



QA/QC procedures for all electrical systems to meet client, statutory, and industry standards
- Direct, coordinate, and monitor subcontractor performance, managing resources and sequencing to meet fast‑track milestones
- Collaborate with project management, planners, and commercial teams, providing technical input and progress updates to client representatives xysqume

Responsabilità
- 8+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
- Must have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background
- Must have EU Passport or RTW in Europe
