Experteer Overview

In this role you drive the environmental, health and safety (EHS) and process safety management for the Animal Nutrition plant in Sospiro, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. You act as the subject matter expert on safe, compliant operations and coordinate certifications and risk controls. You support training, permit management, audits, and validation of EHS performance across projects and sites. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to improve site safety and regulatory adherence.

- Support plant manager with community and governmental interactions and external reputation
- Oversee EHS during construction and project startup, testing and evaluating performance
- Collaborate with regional and country EHS to manage site and construction permits
- Assist in developing and delivering EHS training aligned with requirements
- Coordinate health surveillance with medical professionals
- Act as RSPP for designated sites/offices




- Manage ISO 45001 certification audits and other certifications
- Organize and report on safety meetings and conduct internal audits
- Support risk assessments and standardize frontline processes with procedures
- Assist with obtaining operating permits and liaising with authorities
- Prepare permit-related reports for authorities
- Escalate complex issues as needed
- Independently solve moderately complex issues xysqume with minimal supervision

Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated work experience in EHS
- RSPP qualification according to Italian regulations
- Knowledge of Italian (advanced) and English (intermediate)
- MS Office Suite proficiency
