In this role you will help shape DHL Supply Chain’s approach to business metrics within the OPEX team. You will develop tools, KPIs and analytical frameworks to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. You act as a bridge between Operations, IT and business stakeholders, contributing to digital transformation initiatives. You will deliver timely reports and dashboards and help translate business needs into data-driven solutions. - Deliver timely and accurate reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards (internal & external customer focus)
- Design and build reports using Power BI and DAX
- Support the development and maintenance of Azure / Power BI databases
- Drive automation and simplification of reporting processes
- Contribute to operational and contractual reporting within cross‑functional projects
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for performance improvement and optimization
Responsabilità
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science
- At least 2 years of experience xysqume in a similar role, data analysis, or predictive modelling
- Strong knowledge of: SQL, Power BI (including DAX) Data modelling and analytics tools
- Solid understanding of analytical methods and performance measurement systems
- Fluency in English
- Strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
