As a Technical Consultant in Salesforce Professional Services, you will lead design and delivery of Salesforce platform solutions for enterprise clients. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to implement integrations, architect solutions, and guide customers toward measurable success and adoption. Expect ongoing learning through certification and hands‑on coaching to become a Salesforce Domain Authority. This role blends hands‑on coding with strategic enablement, shaping outcomes for complex engagements.

- Deliver and implement Salesforce platform solutions for customers
- Lead enterprise integrations using middleware tools and platforms
- Design, code, and deploy technical solutions; contribute to architecture and release management
- Identify and manage project risks; ensure issue resolution through to completion
- Develop design documents and provide best‑practice guidance on integration and EA standards
- Support clients, manage expectations, and negotiate complex solutions with stakeholders

Responsabilità
- 5 years of IT experience (minimum)
- Hands‑on technical and solution implementation experience in a relevant software domain
- Programming experience in object‑oriented languages
- Ability to analyze and optimize business processes via technology and integration
- Capability to support customers xysqume and project teams in adopting new technologies
- Ability to work independently and in distributed teams
- Good presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Proficiency in English and Italian; strong REST/SOAP API design understanding; knowledge of microservices and event‑driven architectures
- Strong background in object‑oriented programming (e.g., Java)
