Se è sicuro/a di possedere le giuste competenze ed esperienze, si candidi oggi stesso. brpb The Role /b /pp The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day HR activities and will collaborate with employees, managers, and external vendors to ensure the effective management of HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /pulli Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes. /lili Coordinate recruitment activities, from job posting to interview management. /lili Support and coordinate training initiatives, including mandatory compliance training and professional development programs. /lili Assist in the organization and participation in employer branding events, career fairs, and university engagement initiatives. /lili Coordinate employee benefits administration, including management of the company’s subsidized meal service through the designated platform. /lili Oversee company fleet administration and liaise with external fleet management providers. /lili Support the collection and preparation of documentation required for payroll processing and personnel administration. /lili Act as a liaison with external Labour Consultants for administrative, contractual, and regulatory compliance matters.
