Experteer Overview

Data Scientist at team.blue drives data-driven decision making by translating complex datasets into actionable business insights. You will partner with business leaders, product teams, and engineers to design data-driven solutions that align with strategic objectives and ESG initiatives. You will build and deploy predictive models, analyze large data sets, and continuously improve the data science pipeline to scale impact across the organization. This is a hands‑on role focused on delivering business value through analytics and machine learning, within a collaborative, impact‑minded team.

Responsabilità
- 5+ years of experience in data science solving complex business problems
- Strong ability to align xysqume data science projects with business objectives
- Excellent communication to translate technical insights for stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with unstructured data
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala
- Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with SQL and large data sets
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark)
