Experteer Overview

In this role you oversee Leather Goods production to meet volume, quality, and efficiency targets within a safety‑conscious workshop. You lead a sizable team, coordinate with planning and upper management, and drive continuous improvement through KPIs and lean practices. You will shape daily operations, staffing, and development plans to sustain an engaged manufacturing environment. This position offers impact through optimizing processes and ensuring product excellence in a structured, collaborative setting.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Supervise Leather Goods manufacturing to hit target volumes and efficiency
- Manage a team of 4 Production Supervisors, ~130 artisans, and 1 industrialization technician
- Motivate, support, and guide production staff
- Set productivity goals for each manufacturing team
- Ensure adherence to production plan daily/weekly and provide feedback to planning




- Generate progress reports on efficiency and KPIs
- Verify finished products meet quality standards
- Communicate production issues to upper management
- Oversee staff scheduling, recruitment, polyvalence, and development plans

Responsabilità
- University degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
- minimum xysqume 5 years in an industrial manufacturing role
- expertise in manufacturing processes and Lean Manufacturing
- excellent communication and ability to interact at all levels
- ability to coach and motivate and strong teamwork
- problem solving and decision making
- negotiation skills
- excellent computer knowledge
- fluent English and Italian; French a plus
