Experteer Overview In this role you will steer the global market direction for the Food Retail & Refrigeration segment within Danfoss, shaping strategy across regions. You will lead a segment marketing team, partnering with Sales and Product to define value propositions, pricing, and growth initiatives. You will translate market insights into opportunities, influence product decisions, and guide New Product Development. This position offers global scope, cross-functional exposure, and a path to influence a critical growth area in a complex, international environment.

Responsibilities
- Master's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or HVAC Engineering
- Strong analytical and business mindset with ability to translate technical insights into commercial decisions
- Proven experience in complex, cross-functional xysqume and international environments with project and stakeholder management
- Excellent English proficiency; HVAC/R or refrigeration industry experience; B2B marketing exposure
- Familiarity with OEM ecosystems and distribution channels; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to operate in global matrix organizations and drive cross-functional alignment
