Experteer Overview

In this role you will manage and grow a portfolio of Italian subsidiaries of foreign multinationals, focusing on growth and retention. You will support clients with tailored risk-management solutions and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value. You will shape sales opportunities, negotiate deals, and represent Marsh Risk Italy in industry events, driving cross-border client relationships and strategic outcomes.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Manage a client portfolio with budget accountability and contribute to growth, development, and retention goals
- Support clients in risk management with tailored risk analysis and transfer solutions
- Develop opportunities management and deployment through sales meetings and proposals using the company value proposition
- Close sales deals by negotiating values and basic pricing structures
- Coordinate the operational management team for client portfolios, ensuring planning and effective internal communication




- Perform due diligence research to identify prospect accounts or expansion opportunities
- Maintain account relationships and aim to position the business as a preferred vendor
- Coordinate and evaluate delivery of solutions to meet requirements, quality, compliance, and processes
- Stay informed on industry developments and represent the company at events and expand professional network

Responsabilità
- Proven experience in client-facing management xysqume roles
- Extensive knowledge of property and liability insurance coverages
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Excellent commercial attitude
- Willingness to travel for business trips
