In this role, you will lead systems engineering for digital NPD programs within the Digital Services team, aligning hardware, software, and analytics to customer needs. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and sales to shape service products and ensure successful delivery. You will drive requirements, architecture, and validation activities across the product lifecycle, enabling scalable digital solutions in energy. This is a hands‑on, leadership‑driven opportunity to influence digital transformation in a global energy company.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Systems Engineering & Requirements Management: define and decompose requirements, manage flow-down across software, subsystems, and components; create specs and design review materials
- Technology Assessment & System Design: evaluate new tech to match requirements and lead system-level design reviews
- Verification, Validation & Lifecycle Management: support V&V; activities and manage post-deployment lifecycle of digital services; develop action plans for issues




- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration: build relationships with internal/external stakeholders; collaborate with software, data science, service delivery, and leadership; present technical reports

Responsabilità
- Bachelor/Masters' degree in Engineering
- proven experience in OEM Digital Services
- ability to develop plans and strategies to reach objectives
- positive attitude towards performance xysqume and teamwork
- excellent communication with senior leadership
- comfortable in Agile environments
- fluent in English and Italian; EU passport/work permit
