Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (plus 5–8 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or high-growth tech)
- Proven track record in product and technology-led initiatives and collaboration with Product and Engineering leadership
- Experience leading large, cross-functional projects with governance, accountability, and risk management
- Ability to frame ambiguous problems, define xysqume narratives, and evaluate trade-offs for business impact
- Outstanding ability to influence C-level stakeholders with clear, decision-ready outputs
- Experience in transformation programs and change-management implications
