Responsible for aligning demand requirements with production capabilities, the role optimizes resource utilization, inventory levels, and service performance. Collaborates closely with manufacturing, procurement, sales teams and the warehouse keepers, participating to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, flexibility, and operational efficiency. /b /p h3Production Scheduling and Execution /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain detailed short-term production schedules to ensure optimal sequencing and efficient use of production resources. /li liMonitor limited warehouse capacity and maximize rotation index of goods /li liManage work orders (raising, scheduling, closing). /li liAlign daily and weekly production plans with demand priorities, capacity constraints, and material availability.



/li liMonitor schedule adherence and proactively adjust plans in response to changes in demand, disruptions, or operational constraints. /li liCollaborate closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of the production schedule. /li liIdentify bottlenecks and support actions to improve line efficiency, throughput, and overall responsiveness. /li liArrange for transportation the sister plant in case of interco flows /li /ul h3Materials and Inventory Coordination /h3 ul liCheck supply of components and lacquered/printed sheets by coordinating closely with MPC scheduler, sister plants or suppliers. /li liMonitor stock levels for critical materials and proactively ... potential shortages impacting production. /li liSupport inventory optimization by balancing production needs with stock levels, minimizing excess and obsolescence. /li /ul h3Planning Support and Continuous Improvement /h3 pMaintain accuracy of planning data in ERP systems (lead times, production versions, scheduling parameters). /p ul liSupport the Supply Chain manager and the Team in improving scheduling processes, tools, and data accuracy. /li liContribute to the stabilization and standardization of production scheduling routines and best practices.
