INSURANCE LIFE & INVESTMENTS OPERATIONS SPECIALISTIn this role you will own end-to-end back-office operations for insurance-based investment products, with a focus on unit-linked/IBIPs. You will work closely with distribution channels and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth policy lifecycle management and issue resolution. You will identify process gaps, propose practical improvements, and drive operational excellence. This role offers hands‑on ownership within a collaborative, mission-driven environment that prioritizes customer‑centric delivery. You will join a broader Allianz team that values integrity, inclusion, and cross-functional partnership.Manage full lifecycle of LIFE policies including issuance, amendments, endorsements, surrenders, withdrawals, fund switches, and premium processingProvide day-to-day operational support to banks, financial advisors,



and intermediariesHandle post-sale activities and operational requestsInterface with external providers (IT systems, administration platforms)Collaborate with Compliance, AML, Finance, IT, and SalesContribute to continuous improvement of operational processesBachelor in Economics/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent experience10-15 years of experience in insurance back office/operationsProven experience with insurance-based investment products (unit-linked, IBIPs)Strong understanding of insurance operational processes and policy administrationFamiliarity with AML and compliance requirementsStrong analytical mindset and high attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of ChatGPT or equivalent toolsFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)Take your next career step #J-18808-Ljbffr
