Know more about Midea Group.JOB DESCRIPTIONWork location: on site in Milan or Paduva or Feltre office.ROLE OVERVIEWThe senior Product Manager - Data Center Cooling is responsible for defining and managing the product strategy and roadmap for the company’s data center cooling solutions.The role ensures that the product portfolio meets evolving market needs, remains technologically competitive, and aligns with the company’s strategic objectives.The position works closely with R&D;, Technological Platform, and collaborates with Product Sales Management to support product positioning and go-to-market activities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDefine the product strategy for the data center cooling portfolio.Translate market and customer needs into clear product development directions.Contribute to the definition of the mid and long-term technology roadmap.Identify opportunities for new product development or portfolio expansion.Product RequirementsDefine and maintain Product Requirements for new products and product enhancement.Ensure that developed solutions meet market expectations in terms of performance, efficiency, reliability, and scalability.Support R&D; throughout the product development.Manage the product portfolio across its entire lifecycle, including:introductiongrowthmaturityphase-out.Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and rationalization.CROSS FUNCTIONAL COOPERATIONCooperate with R&D;, Operations, and Sales during product development and lifecycle management.Ensure alignment between technical development and business objectives.Monitor the evolution of the data center market and cooling technologiesTrack key trends such as:liquid cooling technologiesenergy efficiency requirementssustainability and decarbonization initiativesRegulatory frameworks and government policies affecting data center developmentREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical fieldExperience5-7 years of experience in:Product ManagementProduct DevelopmentExperience in the following sectors is preferred:Critical infrastructureData Center technologiesTECHNICAL KNOWLEDGEFamiliarity with one or more of the following is preferred:Air Cooled ChillersChillers with Free CoolingWater Cooled ChillersDry CoolersAir Handling UnitsCRAC / CRAHFan WallCDUData Center infrastructuresIndustry standardKEY COMPETENCIESProduct Management SkillsProduct Roadmap planningAnalytical SkillsMarket analysisOpportunity assessmentCOLLABORATION & LEADERSHIPCross functional coordination & collaborationAbility to work across R&D; and Sales teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
