pstrongResponsibilities /strong: /ppbr / /pulliPrimary person in charge of project implementation and process management. /liliBe fully responsible for project planning and management, and supervise project members to carry out various tasks, and ensure the performance of the contract. /liliFocus on controlling project progress (most importantly meet the level 1 plan), quality, safety, cost, risk and personnel deployment and recruitment for execution. /liliSupport BD team to assess the feasibility of the projects opportunities, pipelines (site visits may be required). /liliMonitor the status of Backlog (ready-to-build in 3-6 months) projects and be responsible to organize the team to finish the kick-off process as per company’s rule, and initiate procurement requests to procurement team in OA. /liliBe responsible for cash-flow management for the projects (preferably positive cash flow) and apply payment requests in OA. /liliSupport MA team of sales of the projects and EPC contract negotiations.



/liliFollow the company’s QEHS rule, cost management rule, schedule management rule and equipment and material management rule etc. and as well as comply local codes and standards. /liliCooperate with BD team to get the COD requirement documents. /liliBe responsible for projects’ acceptance (both internal and external) and warranty management. /liliMake proper report to HQ and Country’s management. (such as daily and weekly report) /li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongQualifications /strong: /ppbr / /pulliFluent in English. /liliMore than 5 years of being a PM and 3 year in PV field, BESS is a plus. /liliKnow Italy EPC market well and familiar with international standards and best practices. /liliAble to handle a few projects at the same time. /liliHonest, fast learner, adaptable, passionate, and enthusiastic in work. /li /ulpbr / /p
