p Stern Energy Spa a leading service company for utility-scale and industrial photovoltaic power plants, with 6 subsidiaries across Europe, more than 250 employees, and 2.0 GW assets under management, is looking for a: p IT Specialist – ERP Support /pp to provide functional and technical support for our ERP systems. /pp The ideal candidate has some years of hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as IFS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or NetSuite, and is comfortable working in an international environment requiring C1-level proficiency in both English and German. /pp Key Responsibilities: /pulli Provide day-to-day support for ERP systems to end users /lili Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related issues across business functions and countries /lili Support ERP users by providing guidance, training, and maintaining documentation /lili Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into potential ERP improvements /lili Assist with ERP enhancements, system upgrades, and new module implementations /lili Coordinate with external vendors and consultants when needed /lili Ensure data integrity,
