This is a high‑visibility role at the intersection of Renewables and Trading, giving you a combined view of commercial, market and operational levers to maximise value and accelerate the energy transition. /p ul liLead route‑to‑market tenders for renewables and battery storage, securing optimal commercial terms and robust risk frameworks. /li liManage and enhance existing route‑to‑market and subsidy agreements, partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure operational excellence. /li liAnalyse market and regulatory developments to identify and implement revenue optimisation opportunities across operational assets. /li liAct as a key commercial partner for stakeholders across the renewables business, providing market insights and commercial assessments on projects and strategic initiatives, while facilitating collaboration with the wider trading organization /li liDeliver asset and subsidy accreditations with Terna and GSE, ensuring agreements and assets are accurately reflected across internal systems and processes. /li liNavigate a dynamic, fast‑growing environment, balancing urgent operational topics with longer‑term initiatives as new opportunities emerge. /li /ul h3Job requirements and experience /h3 ul liAt least five years’ experience in commercial asset management, energy trading or a closely related role. /li liStrong knowledge of the Italian electricity market and regulatory framework, with experience applying this knowledge in a commercial setting. /li liStrong negotiation,



stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. /li liExcellent analytical and numerical capabilities, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. /li liProficiency in managing and analyzing data using tools such as Tableau, Excel, and other platforms, along with a proven ability to quickly learn and adopt new IT tools and technologies. /li liSound judgement when using AI to support market analysis and reporting, including the ability to evaluate outputs critically. /liliFluency in Italian and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams. /li liA decisive, entrepreneurial and resilient approach, with the ability to move from analysis to action and take accountability for outcomes. /li /ul h3Advantageous, but not essential /h3 ul liExperience with route‑to‑market contracts and other commercial agreements; a strong network in the Italian energy market is a plus. /li liExperience with dispatch of renewable assets in the Italian market, particularly imbalance cost optimisation. /li /ul pWhat we value most is someone who continuously demonstrates courage, thrives to create impact and seeks to build trusting, collaborative relationships.
