The company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide after-sales technical support for Smart Home and Smart Building automation solutions, working closely with partners, installers, distributors, and customers across the Italian market.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support and remote diagnostics to resellers, distributors, installers, system integrators, and end usersAnalyze technical issues and deliver effective troubleshooting solutionsSupport the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of smart home, building automation, networking,
