With multiple live projects across Europe and a substantial pipeline of future work, the company continues to expand its Quality team and is seeking an experienced Electrical QA/QC Lead to join a flagship hyperscale data centre project in Milan, Italy. /p h3The Role: Electrical QA/QC Lead /h3 pReporting to the Project Quality Manager, you will lead the Electrical Quality Assurance and Quality Control function across a major data centre project from installation through to commissioning and final client handover. Working closely with Construction Managers, Project Engineers, Commissioning teams, subcontractors and client representatives, you will ensure all electrical installations are delivered in accordance with project specifications, quality management systems and international standards. This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for driving quality performance across the entire electrical package on one of Europe's most technically advanced mission-critical developments. /p h3Must Have Requirements /h3 ul liMust have a Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or Construction Management. /li liMinimum 5+ years' experience in an Electrical QA/QC Lead, Senior Electrical QA/QC Engineer or similar quality leadership role. /li liProven experience delivering electrical QA/QC on major ME construction projects.



/li liExperience working on data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or other mission-critical projects. /li liStrong understanding of Quality Management Systems, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), inspections, testing and commissioning processes. /li /ul h3Preferred Experience /h3 ul liExperience using Autodesk BIM 360 Field or equivalent quality management software. /li liExperience managing quality audits, inspections, NCRs and corrective actions. /li liStrong knowledge of electrical testing, energisation and commissioning activities. /li liExperience coordinating with client QA teams, consultants and subcontractors. /li liExperience supporting commissioning, integrated systems testing and project handover. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liPrevious European project experience. /li liKnowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems. /li liExperience within fast-track construction environments. /li liStrong understanding of electrical installation standards and QA documentation. /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead all Electrical QA/QC activities throughout the project lifecycle. /li liDevelop and implement project-specific Electrical Quality Plans. /li liCarry out quality inspections, audits and verification of electrical installations. /li liEnsure all electrical works comply with project specifications, client requirements and international standards. /li liManage Inspection Test Plans, quality records and inspection documentation. /li liReview and monitor subcontractor quality systems and ensure compliance throughout construction.



/li liCoordinate inspections and quality walkdowns with client representatives and consultants. /li liManage NCRs, quality observations and corrective actions through to successful close-out. /li liSupport electrical testing, commissioning and final project handover. /li liProvide technical guidance to site teams to drive continuous quality improvement. /li liPrepare quality reports and communicate progress to senior management. /li liPromote a proactive quality culture across all electrical construction activities. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pYou are an experienced Electrical QA/QC professional with a proven track record delivering quality assurance on major electrical construction projects. You have excellent technical knowledge, strong attention to detail and the leadership skills to ensure complex electrical systems are installed, tested and commissioned to the highest possible standards.
