ppRINA is currently recruiting for a bSystem Integration Engineer /b to join its office in bGenoa /b within the bElectronics and System Engineering /b Division. /ph3Mission /h3pThe role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing the integration of systems, ensuring that various subsystems function seamlessly together. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, with hands‑on experience in integration, testing, and troubleshooting. /ph3Key Accountabilities /h3pbSystem Integration Planning and Coordination: /b /pulliContribute to the planning of systems engineering activities, including detailed requirements management and technical interface management. /liliCollaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop comprehensive integration plans and schedules. /li /ulpbSubsystem Integration and Support: /b /pulliContrinute to the integration efforts of various subsystems, ensuring successful integration of signaling, communication, and other components. /liliTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing technical support and solutions to ensure system compatibility and performance. /li /ulpbInterface Management: /b /pulliDefine and manage interfaces between subsystems to ensure smooth and efficient communication and operation. /liliWork closely with system architects and design teams to refine and clarify interface specifications, ensuring all requirements are met. /li /ulpbTesting and Validation: /b /pulliExecute, and manage test plans for integrated systems, ensuring all subsystems perform as expected. /liliConduct validation tests to identify and address any issues, ensuring system reliability and compliance with project specifications. /li /ulpbDocumentation and Reporting:



/b /pulliReview and integrate subsystem test and commissioning management plans into comprehensive system documentation. /liliRegularly update and maintain System Performance Test documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. /li /ulpbRisk Management: /b /pulliIdentify potential risks related to system integration and develop effective mitigation strategies. /liliProactively address issues to prevent project delays and ensure smooth project progression. /li /ulpbContinuous Improvement: /b /pulliStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in system integration and related fields. /liliProvide insights and recommendations for improving integration processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. /li /ulpbCollaboration and Coordination: /b /pulliCoordinate tests and trial run sessions, ensuring active participation from all relevant teams. /liliPrepare and present detailed reports on system-level testing, following up on documentation and ensuring all stakeholders are informed. /li /ulh3Education /h3pBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering General /ph3Qualifications /h3ulliKnowledge of Microstation / CAD /liliBasic knowledge of electrical design /liliGood knowledge of English language. /liliReading and interpretation of technical drawings /li /ulh3Competencies /h3ulliWORKPLACE DYNAMICS - Resourcefulness in shaping progress and working efficiently. /liliPERSONAL EMPOWERMENT - Ownership for life, work and results,
