Within the Construction Function, these disciplines work in close collaboration to ensure that engineering, procurement and construction activities are effectively planned, coordinated and executed. Through exposure to both areas, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of project execution, construction planning and field operations, while building a multidisciplinary skillset within an international EPC environment. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Activities Responsibilities /strong /ppemConstruction Engineering /em /pulliSupport the planning, coordination and monitoring of construction activities throughout the project lifecycle; /liliContribute to the development and review of construction execution strategies, construction methodologies and work sequences; /liliInterface with Engineering, Procurement and Site teams to ensure construction requirements are properly addressed; /liliMonitor construction progress, identify potential constraints and support the implementation of corrective actions; /liliCollaborate with construction sites and project teams to improve execution efficiency and productivity; /liliSupport the analysis of construction performance indicators and project execution data. /li /ulpemAdvanced Work Packaging (AWP)
/em /pulliSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of Advanced Work Packaging methodologies across projects; /liliContribute to the development, management and monitoring of Engineering Work Packages (EWPs), Construction Work Packages (CWPs) and Installation Work Packages (IWPs); /liliCollaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Project Control and Construction teams to ensure work package readiness; /liliMonitor construction constraints and workflow dependencies, supporting the timely resolution of bottlenecks; /liliContribute to reporting activities and performance analysis related to AWP implementation; /liliPromote construction-driven planning principles to improve project predictability, productivity and execution efficiency. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements Skills /strong /pulliDegree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil/Structural Engineering; /lili3-5 years of previous experience in Project Engineering, Construction Engineering or Planning Engineering roles on international projects: /liliProficiency with English language, both written and spoken; /liliStrong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and international teams; /liliGood communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with professionals from different technical backgrounds; /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools; /liliAvailability for temporary assignments abroad, according to project requirements. /li /ulpstrongThe following will be considered a plus: /strong /pulliKnowledge of multidisciplinary EPC projects and understanding of Oil Gas construction processes and execution sequences; /liliSite experience and/or international assignments; /liliKnowledge of 3D modelling software and digital construction tools; /liliAdditional foreign language(s); /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongContract Type and Classification /strong /pulliContract type: Permanent /liliApplicable collective agreement (NCLC):
