Our Client is a Pharmaceutical Group, leading in oncology R&D.; For its most innovative Biotech subsidiary, involved in the discovery and development of new oncology drugs, we are searching for a **PROCUREMENT MANAGER** **Posizione**:
He/she directly manages the strategic sourcing and procurement of clinical trial materials, equipment and services, interacting with Clinical Development & Manufacturing and Clinical Research suppliers, both intercompany and 3rd party and performing activities. Main responsibilities: - Suppliers’ scouting
- Identify best supply market opportunities in terms of quality, price and yield-payment conditions;
- Independently conduct negotiations for the purchase of goods and services, in accordance with Group’s procedures or directives;
- Collaborate in drafting and verifying supply contracts;
- Issue the purchase orders by means of the authorized software tools in use;
- Perform all above in team collaboration with the related business partners of the Group.



**Requisiti**: - Educated to degree/graduate level in Engineering, or Business Administration, or Life Science.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the Procurement area, with at least 2 years in clinical trial procurement or similar.
- Experience working in Pharma sector, Companies that produces AS and/or CDMO and/or CRO.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations (e.g., GCP, GMP), and industry standards.
- Strong negotiating skills and a deep knowledge of the key contractual elements affecting the commercial relationships with third parties.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work with and influence suppliers and internal stakeholders at the highest level.
- Strong analytical skills.
