You will work at the intersection of sales, consulting, technology, engineering, and delivery, helping clients define and shape solutions across a wide range of topics. /p h3Your missions /h3 ul liSupport sales teams during client meetings, discovery sessions, and opportunity qualification discussions /li liAnalyse client requirements and translate them into clear solution options /li liCollaborate with IT, engineering, consulting, and delivery experts to define the proposed approach /li liStructure the scope, deliverables, project phases, governance, team setup, and delivery model /li liPrepare presentations, workshops, solution documents, and demos for client meetings /li liDevelop value propositions and key messages for each opportunity /li liLead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for IT, engineering, and transformation projects /li liManage responses to RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and other client consultations /li liCoordinate contributions from sales, consulting, engineering, delivery, finance, procurement, and legal teams /li liEnsure consistency between client requirements, solution design, delivery approach, and commercial proposal /li liPrepare bid plans, response schedules, and organise internal reviews and approvals /li liWork with finance, sales, and delivery teams to prepare project cost estimates and pricing models /li liContribute to the development of proposal templates, case studies,



and reusable content /li liCapture lessons learned from completed bids and support continuous improvement of pre-sales activities /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liExperience in bid management, pre-sales, consulting, project management, technical writing, or process implementation (more than 4 years ) /li liExperience contributing to proposals, tenders, RFPs, solution design, or client presentations /li liGood understanding of IT services, engineering services, consulting, or business transformation projects /li liMaster's degree in engineering, computer science, business, economics, or a related field /li liItalian and English fluent.
