- Actively inform of existing and changing legal opportunities & requirements
- Review written documentation with legal nature
- Draft letters, contracts, etc. for the Expansion and maintain these
- Deep-dive into specific public procedures and support the public processes
- Coordinate and liaise with outsourced legal teams
- Manage the set-up and continuation of critical/public contracts
- Be the contact point for all legal topics for the Expansion
- Collaborate closely with the Project Management to ensure consistency in our formal communication

We’re looking for an accurate and process minded individual who can engage & coordinate with the different project stakeholders both internal and external. The person would have a high sense of responsibility, ethics and a superb communicator. The person can own and track individually high responsibility (legal) sub-projects within the Expansion.
- Outstanding English and Italian (German is a plus)
- Experience (3+ year(s)) in a (corporate) legal environment
- Thorough understanding of Italian law (private & public)
- Ability and willingness to grasp business and technical related topics
- Ability and willingness to grasp permit and funding related topics
- Good communicator and able to provide consistency in communication
- Set-up and follow-up on processes
