If you thrive on connecting strategy with execution and turning complex planning challenges into business value, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liLead global teams responsible for pricing, cost modelling, and capacity management across Valmet's business areas. /li liProvide cost, capacity, and workload analyses that support commercial decisions, sales projects, and Sales Operations Planning (SOP). /li liDevelop optimized supply and production plans by identifying capacity, supply, and operational constraints and translating them into actionable recommendations. /li liLead and facilitate global SOP processes, ensuring effective collaboration, alignment, and decision-making across functions, business areas, suppliers, and strategic partners. /li liPartner with Production and Procurement teams to maintain accurate cost and pricing models that support operational and commercial performance /li /ul h3Expectations for you /h3 ul liYou hold a BSc or MSc degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. /li liYou have 5-10 years of experience leading resources, teams, or functions in a global environment. /li liYou have strong expertise in Sales and Operations Planning and a solid understanding of business operations, technologies,
