pstrongDepartment: /strong Finance /ppstrongReports To: /strong Accounting and Reporting Manager /ppbr / /ppstrongScope of the role /strong /ppbr / /ppThe Account Payables Treasury Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely management of the accounts payable process while supporting treasury operations and cash management activities. The role contributes to maintaining strong financial controls, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the Finance team in delivering efficient and reliable financial operationsstrong. /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /ppbr / /pulliManage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, ensuring timely and accurate recording of supplier invoices. /liliVerify the correct matching of supplier invoices with purchase orders, goods receipts and supporting documentation. /liliReview accounting, tax and administrative information to ensure supplier invoices comply with company policies and statutory requirements. /liliMonitor payment due dates and support the preparation and execution of payment runs. /liliPerform supplier account reconciliations and proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies. /liliSupport treasury activities, including cash management, bank reconciliations and monitoring daily cash balances. /liliSupport month-end and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable and Treasury. /liliPrepare analyses and reports related to supplier balances, payment status and cash movements. /liliMaintain accurate vendor master data and contribute to ensuring data integrity. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve administrative and accounting processes, promoting efficiency, automation and strong internal controls.
