The role contributes to maintaining strong financial controls, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the Finance team in delivering efficient and reliable financial operationsstrong. /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /ppbr / /pulliManage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, ensuring timely and accurate recording of supplier invoices. /liliVerify the correct matching of supplier invoices with purchase orders, goods receipts and supporting documentation. /liliReview accounting, tax and administrative information to ensure supplier invoices comply with company policies and statutory requirements. /liliMonitor payment due dates and support the preparation and execution of payment runs. /liliPerform supplier account reconciliations and proactively investigate and resolve discrepancies. /liliSupport treasury activities, including cash management, bank reconciliations and monitoring daily cash balances. /liliSupport month-end and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable and Treasury. /liliPrepare analyses and reports related to supplier balances, payment status and cash movements. /liliMaintain accurate vendor master data and contribute to ensuring data integrity. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve administrative and accounting processes, promoting efficiency, automation and strong internal controls.
