- To be responsible of gears and shafts design
- to define components geometry in function of life target
- to be avble to perform analytical and FEM simulation loops to optimize the design in function of loads and contrains




- to be able to have a complete overview on gearsets to evaluate pro and cons of all solutions **Job Requirements** **_ Education:_** University master degree - Mechanical **Professional Background** Preferred experience in gears and shaft design roles Preferred experience in gears and shaft manufacturing process Preferred experience in analytical and FEM analysis **Hard Skills** **_
Essential_**
- Preferred experience in mechanincal construnctions and transmission design with particular focus on gears and shafts
- Knowledge of material and manufacturing process
- Preferred experience in simulations ( analytical and FEM)
- Preferred automotive development process knowledge ( design and validation phases, from design to serier components process )
- Proficient in both English and Italian **_ Considered as a plus_**
- Able to take decisions to define best technical solution with limit direct resposnable supervision
- 2D and 3D skills
- Knowlenged of coating proceese and benefits
- Knowledge of particular surface proccese ( ex. Shot peening) and benefits **Soft Skills**
