Together, our broad portfolio of brands offers a complete range of products to bring great coffee and vending products to our ~10,000 customers serving consumers across hotels, restaurants, office buildings, public spaces, and more. /p pWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Product Manager to join our Marketing Team. /p h3Your responsibilities will be: /h3 ul liMarket and Consumer Insights: Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify new business opportunities, leveraging insights gathered through subsidiary visits, international trade fairs, industry events, customers, and local sales teams /li liProduct Development Specification: Lead the development of new products and product variations in collaboration with the Sales Team, defining product specifications and business cases while ensuring efficient execution from concept to final approval /li liCollaboration with RD: Partner closely with RD by providing strategic direction, product requirements, and priorities, ensuring market needs are translated into timely and effective product solutions /li liProduct Launch Post-Launch Activities: Coordinate successful product launches across all relevant functions and monitor post-launch performance, collecting feedback and implementing improvements where needed /li liCross-Department Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for product-related activities and feedback, fostering collaboration between departments throughout the entire product lifecycle /li liCollaborative Marketing Support: Support the Communication Marketing teams in developing sales and promotional materials, contributing to the successful positioning and launch of products /li /ul h3To be successful in this role you'll need to have:
