The opening 5-Star Resort "Salò Sì" belonging to the international group “Hirmer Hospitality” is located in Salò on a verdant hillside overlooking the amazing Lake Garda. This prestigious Hotel will be open all the year and wil have 99 guest rooms and suites, 2 Restaurants, 1 Pizzeria, 2 Bars, a Meeting room, 1 indoor and 2 outdoor Swimming pools, an open air Cinema and an innovative Wellness Center & SPA of 2,000 square meters. The Commis de Rang is a crucial member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Commis de Rang will assist the synergical F&B; Team (Restaurant Manager, F&B; Supervisor, Chef de Rang) to provide an outstanding breakfast, lunch and dinner experience in compliance with Hirmer Hospitality standards of excellence for welcome and customer centricity. **Duties and Responsibilities**
- Clearing, cleaning and setting up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver flatware in an unobtrusive way
- Checking and refilling condiment containers according to HACCP and the Hotel standards and regulations
- Supporting to delivery small items e.g., soups or beverages
- Clearing, cleaning and laying the buffets
- Welcoming guests, providing water, beverages, bread and butter service
- Moving up guest needs and fulfilling timely the guests´ requests




- Synergical collaboration with the Chef de Rang guaranteeing that the food deliveries from kitchen to the guests matches all the standards
- Proactivity, flexibility and openness to cooperate with the other Restaurant lines when necessary and required
- Punctuality, great attention to details, customer centricity, high team working
- Hotel School diploma with high grade
- Minimum 1 year work experience preferably at a high-level Restaurant/Hotel in the same role
- Italian and English confidence are mandatory. A third language is preferable (preferably German)
- Customer centricity, high attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skills are a must
