YellowSquare is looking for a **Bartender&Receptionist; **for his hostel in Florence. YellowSquare is a leader in the hospitality sector and hostels located in Rome, Milan and Florence. He/She/They will be in charge of creating unforgettable memories to our guests' stay **Duties**: - Dealing with guests and his/her/their questions and requests
- Welcoming the guest and process their Check-in and Check-out
- Interacting with customers, taking orders, preparing and serving food and drinks;
- Preparing bills and taking payments;
**Requirements**: - Previous experience in similar role, at least 1 year experience
- Ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;
- Flexibility to work on a shift schedule on any day and time of the week from Monday to Sunday, at least 2 nights per week
- Excellence in customer service;




- Highly proficient in spoken English;
