- Developing, managing and guiding sales activities for a specific market, product or strategy.

- Designing and implementing the sales strategy and sales plan for area of responsibility.
- Managing a staff of sales people and overseeing their development while monitoring progress against individual goals. **What we ask**: - Experience (8-10) in managing sales teams in multinational contexts
- Experience in the management of online sales channels and Digital Marketing
- Background in Technology Products and Services.
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian market and ecosystem
