For our Milan Office we are looking for a talented and ambitious **Supply Chain Specialist** - **Management of customer orders**. THE ROLE:
The person will join our Supply Chain & Logistics Department and will have the following responsibilities: - Creation of Purchase Requisition into ERP based on the planning results;
- Taking care of receiving and placing orders into ERP and replying to customers queries;
- Follow up of the orders completion together with the External Warehouse;
- Transport organization, shipping documents preparation and shipping organization;
- Support to the customers and returns/queries management. **REQUIREMENTS**:



- At least 3 years of experience within the role;
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Supply Chain or other technical fields;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Proactive, goal oriented and hands-on attitude, stress management ability.
