**Operations Specialist**:

In this role, you will support the development and execution of common Planning & Fulfillment and Production Engineering processes, skills, and tools, working to improve relevant KPIs across Operations (inventory, on-time delivery, lead-time, production efficiency, manufacturing costs). You will also lead and support cross-functional continuous improvement projects with the different stakeholders. **Your responsibilities**: - Analyze excess and obsolete/aging inventory; take appropriate action for optimizing inventory performance, in collaboration with production engineering, sales, marketing, manufacturing and procurement




- Optimize product portfolio to minimize NWC and product/process costs with focus on EBITA
- Facilitate phase in/phase out products in Operations (P&F;, Production Engineering, Manufacturing)
- Collaborate with Buyers to facilitate make/buy analysis and decision making
- Create, release, and maintain bill of materials (BOMs) for assigned products and related part numbers
- Conduct financial risk assessments decisions relating to inventory, implementing corrective actions based on root case analysis performed **Your background**: - Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial/Management Engineering
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular on Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SAP and data analysis tools (Power BI or similar) are considered a plus
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Creativity, sens of innovation and digital
- Ownership and problem solving attitude, result oriented;
- Agile approach
