**Job Summary** The purpose of the role is to support the Manager in implementing Event & PR activities for Milano Fashion & Milano Design School. In this role the Event & PR Supervisor is in charge of supporting the development of on-site activities, organizing promotional and institutional events, implementing Istituto Marangoni PR strategy and increasing brand visibility under the supervision of the Manager. **Key Purpose of the Job** The Event & PR Supervisor support the Manager in organising events, locations and maintaining relationship with clients and suppliers. He / She also has: - To plan and organize internal and external School events in all its phases;
- To support the Manager in designing events in all its element - He / She has to be a support in choosing the right locations, logistics and coordinating catering and fittings and in producing materials, invites for the event;




- To plan and implement an effective communication strategy regarding the Event and creating reports;
- To support the Manager in realizing event’s concepts;
- To manage and update contacts database;
- To supervise and monitor the success of events;
- To be in touch with the procurement office;
- To coordinate external relations networks
- To monitor and analyze PR results, also in terms of investment
- To develop PR initiatives
- To leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within off & online media
- To work in synergy with Social Media team **Requirements**: - 3/5 years of events and/or PR experience
- English proficiency
- Office Suite proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, strongly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Strong interest in fashion/design area
