ABOUT THE ROLE – Project Contract Administrator brFor an important international Oil Gas project, we are looking for an experienced Project Contract Administrator to support the contractual management of large-scale EPC/EPCIC projects throughout the execution pha brReporting directly to the Project General Manager / Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, monitoring and governance of all project-related contracts, ensuring contractual compliance, effective change management and claims prevention while acting as the key interface between the project team, contractors, legal, procurement and the client brContract Administration brAdminister and monitor EPC, EPCIC, consultancy and service contracts throughout the project life brEnsure contractors comply with contractual obligations, milestones and deliver brMaintain complete contract files, registers and contractual correspon brMonitor contractual compliance and identify potential contractual rsisks brChange Management brEvaluate contractor change requests, including schedule and cost impacts, in coordination with Project Controls, Engineering and Planning brteams.Prepare and manage Change Orders in accordance with project governance proce brMaintain the project Change Register and monitor the impact of variations on project execution brClaims Dispute Management brIdentify,
assess and mitigate potential contractor claims brSupport the negotiation and resolution of contractual claims and disputes together with Legal and Commercial teams. brPrepare contractual documentation supporting claims defense and maintain complete claims recors brDraft, review and issue contractual letters, notifications and formal communica brEnsure timely responses to contractor correspondence in accordance with contractual require brSupport Project Management in managing all contractual communications with clients and contractors brReporting brPrepare periodic reports covering brContract status brContribute to monthly project progress reports brMonitor and report contractual performance KPIs brCoordination Compliance brCollaborate with Procurement, Project Controls, Cost Control, Planning and Legal departments to ensure contractual consistency. brEnsure compliance with corporate policies, contractual procedures and project-specific requirements. brProvide contractual guidance to project stakeholders. brSupport internal and external audits and ensure proper archiving of contractual documentation brBachelor's Degree in: br~ Law; br~ Quantity Surveying; br~ Business Administration; br~ 7–12 years of experience in Contract Administration within the Oil Gas industry. br~ Proven experience on large-scale EPC/EPCIC projects. br~ FIDIC Contracts; br~ Bespoke EPC Contracts; br~ Oil Gas Contracting Models.
br~ Good understanding of Project Controls, including: br~ Planning; br~ Risk Management. br~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Contract Management software. br~ Excellent communication, negotiation and contractual drafting skills. br~ Fluent English, both written and spoken. brExcellent organizational and documentation management abilities. brAbility to manage multiple stakeholders in complex project environments. brHigh attention to detail and contractual compliance. brStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills. brThe gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges from €40,000 to €80,000, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. brThe final compensation package will be determined based on technical expertise, relevant professional experience, level of autonomy in managing project activities, and the outcome of the selection process, following objective, transparent, and merit-based criteria. brWe believe that diversity in all its forms enriches our teams and drives innovation.
