The role delivers high-quality financial insights –focus: Industrial Finance and Capex – by transforming inputs/data from divisions into a clear and integrated group-level view. Acting at corporate level, the role requires a strong systems-oriented mindset, with a focus on data integrity, process standardization and continuous improvement of planning and reporting tools. /p h3Key Duties And Responsibilities /h3 ul liConsolidate the performance and PL indicators for DiaSorin plants in both Immuno and Molecular divisions /li liWork with Divisional FPA for identifying insightful interpretations of trends/variances vs forecast or previous periods – focus: Gross Margin and CAPEX /li liEnsure and coordinate proper information flows from divisions to Corporate, focusing on accuracy, completeness and consistency at Group level /li liReport on a regular basis to Group FPA Director,
highlighting and commenting on any deviation from forecast/expectation /li liSupport Group FPA Director in PL reviews, sensitivity and “what-if” analysis, business cases /li liContribute to process standardization and improvement /li /ul h3Education, Experience, And Qualifications /h3 pbEducation: /b University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or Engineering. Master’s degree is a plus. /p pbExperience: /b At least 5-7 years of experience in Group Controlling / Corporate FPA, or a mixed background in Accounting / Audit (Big4) and Controlling. /p pbTechnical Competencies: /b /p ul liAdvanced Excel skills (Power Query and/or Power BI is a plus) /li liUser experience with PowerPoint (as well as all the other Office’s applications) /li liStrong experience with ERP (SAP preferred) and FPA / consolidation tools (Oracle – and SmartView- preferred) / Data visualization applications (for instance, Think-Cell) /li liGood experience in reading and interpreting a full PL, in particular experience in cost/industrial accounting and CapEx management /li liKnowledge of IAS/IFRS /li /ul pbSkills: /b /p ul liStrong analytical and database-driven mindset, attention to detail and to data quality /li liDiplomacy and assertiveness at different level of the organization including but not limited to direct reports, peers and top management /li liAbility to relate with resilience /li liCommunication skills - verbal and written /li liProblem analysis and problem solving /liliProject management skills /li liHigh level of integrity and discretion /li liTeamwork /li /ul pbLanguages: /b Fluent spoken and written English.
