At Syllotips, we transform undocumented expertise into dynamic, ever-adapting AI, bridging the gap between human know-how and enterprise systems. brFounded in Rome in 2023 by AI PhDs and veterans from Amazon, Google, TheFork, and Translated, Syllotips has been accelerated by Techstars and is part of the Harvard Innovation Labs. brOur human-in-the-loop technology is already trusted by leading companies in telecom, insurance, and financial services to improve customer support and sales. brAs we enter our next stage of growth, we’re looking for exceptional people who can help us build the processes and organisation needed to scale. brThe Role We’re looking for a Business Operations Associate to join the COO Office, reporting directly to our COO. brYour work will span business operations, finance, recruiting, people processes, contracts, grants, company planning, and internal workflows. brIn the same week, you might coordinate candidates and external advisors, check invoices and contracts, prepare an OKR meeting, support a strategic project, or automate a recurring process. brSupport the COO on company-wide priorities and cross-functional projects. brSupport finance, recruiting, People Operations, contracts, grants, and public procurement. brHelp manage company OKRs, planning cycles, internal meetings, and retreats. brIdentify inefficient or unclear processes and turn them into simple, repeatable workflows. brUse AI, no-code tools, and automations to reduce manual work. brTake ownership of new or urgent operational problems and drive them to completion. brYou have 2–4 years of experience , ideally in an early-stage startup as a Founder Associate, Business Operations Associate, Operations Specialist, or in another cross-functional role. brYou hold a degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, Business Administration , or a related discipline. brYou have an entrepreneurial mindset:
