We are seeking a professional with experience in the electrical and electrotechnical sectors. This permanent position will be part of our structured team, responsible for managing technical training programs for clients, technicians, and operators in coordination with our Product Management, Marketing, and Technical departments. **Your missions**
- Identify technical training needs and develop effective, accessible programs for both experienced personnel and newcomers.
- Deliver technical training to internal and external clients nationally and internationally, aligned with company budgets and objectives.
- Create training sessions on electrotechnical product knowledge (e.g., electrical panels, switches),



functionalities, customer service, and safety.
- Develop and maintain updated training materials (manuals, flyers, and online resources).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements as needed. **Your profile**
- Excellent command of English and Italian (C1 level).
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
- Willingness to travel (50%) to provide training and support to clients on-site.
- Previous experience in the electrical/electrotechnical sector.
