p Role Title: Site Manager | Utility-Scale Solar p Location: Abruzzo /pp Piper Maddox are supporting an Italian IPP based in Rome who are searching for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the on-site delivery of multiple utility-scale solar projects. With a strong pipeline of 250MW planned for 2026 and backing from one of the world's largest infrastructure investment funds, this organisation is continuing to scale its in-house EPC capabilities. /pp Following the successful delivery of 100MW over the past 12 months, they are now looking for a hands-on Site Manager with strong medium voltage (MV) experience to coordinate site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. /pp Responsibilities /pulli Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple utility-scale solar PV projects, with a focus on medium voltage (MV) works /lili Coordinate and manage subcontractors across electrical and civil scopes, ensuring efficient execution /lili Supervise MV installation including cabling, substations, inverters, and grid connection activities /lili Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget,
