We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, creative and talented pastry chef who will expertly produce an array of culinary delights to include afternoon teas, pastries, desserts and cakes for our F&B; outlets.




- A high level of experience in pastry kitchen within a 4/5* setting
- Ability to produce afternoon teas, pastries, desserts and cakes for our F&B; outlets.
- HACCP qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met
- Ensure all food items are ordered/prepped ready for service
- Ensure relevant information passed on to Executive/Head Chef
- Ensure fire and safety protocols are followed
