/li liIdentify and evaluate process improvement opportunities, supporting cost reduction initiatives and business case development. /li liDrive continuous improvement programs (Kaizen, 5S, Workplace Organization) and support the implementation of operational excellence initiatives. /li liProvide cross-functional analytical and technical support to Operations, Controlling, Project Teams, HSE, and HR, enabling data-driven decision-making. /li liContribute to the definition, validation, and deployment of SOPs, organizational standards, safe work practices, ergonomic solutions, and optimized workload structures. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering. /li liPrevious experience in a complex manufacturing environment (at least 3 years). /li liDeep knowledge of production processes. /li liProficiency in reporting tools, process analysis and operative performance understanding. /li /ul h3What Gives You an Edge /h3 ul liExcellent organizational abilities. /li liTime management and problem-solving skills. /li /ul h3Compensation Package /h3 ul liThe employment contract will be regulated by "Gomma Plastica" National Collective Bargaining Agreement. /li liThe gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 35,000. /li liThe Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. /li liThe position's compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer.
