p Our client is an international aerospace manufacturing company looking for a hands‑on Production Technician to work in their electromechanical laboratory and support the production of electronic and electromechanical assemblies for engine systems. brVerifichi che le sue competenze e la sua esperienza corrispondano ai requisiti di questo ruolo, quindi si candidi con il suo CV qui sotto. brp This is a practical, hands‑on production role for a technician or technical diploma holder with strong electronics skills, good manual precision, and the ability to work according to wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, work instructions, and defined test procedures. /pp The role includes fine soldering, wiring harness preparation, crimping, connector assembly, electromechanical assembly, functional testing, basic rework, calibration activities, firmware/configuration loading, and clear production documentation. /p Job Responsibilities ulli Perform fine and precise soldering on wires, connectors, components, and electronic assemblies. /lili Prepare wiring harnesses, cables, connectors, sleeves, heat shrink, labels, and related wiring assemblies. /lili Perform crimping and connector assembly according to drawings, instructions, and defined practices. /lili Read and work according to wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, work instructions, and production documentation. /lili Assemble electronic and electromechanical components for engine‑related systems. /lili Carry out functional tests on electronic and electromechanical assemblies according to defined procedures. /lili Perform basic electrical checks, including continuity, polarity, short‑circuit checks, visual inspection, and simple signal checks. /lili Use standard laboratory tools and equipment such as multimeters,
power supplies, and test fixtures. /lili Perform basic rework and repair of wiring, connectors, and electronic boards when required. /lili Support firmware loading, configuration, version checks, and recording of serial numbers or software versions for engine control units, sensors, and related electronic assemblies. /lili Perform calibrations according to defined procedures and record results clearly and consistently. /lili Complete and maintain production records, test sheets, calibration sheets, serial number records, and related documentation. /lili Report non‑conformities, unclear instructions, wiring issues, test failures, or assembly problems in a clear and structured way. /lili Maintain order, cleanliness, and organisation in the electromechanical laboratory. /lili Maintain a small laboratory inventory of electronic components, cables, connectors, consumables, tools, and materials; identify shortages, update inventory lists, and request replenishment through the Production Manager or Procurement. /li /ul Requirements ullib MUST: /b Minimum 3 years of experience in an electronics laboratory, electronic assembly, wiring, harness preparation, testing, or repair work. /lilib MUST: /b Good soldering capability, including precise soldering of connectors, small wires, basic repairs, and rework. /lilib MUST: /b Fluent Italian and conversational English. /lilib Advantage: /b Experience with crimping, connector assembly, cable preparation, wiring sleeves, heat shrink, and wiring organisation. /lilib Advantage: /b Strong ability to read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics. xrdbqlu /lilib Advantage: /b Familiarity with firmware loading, ECU configuration tools, or embedded electronic systems. /li /ul#J-18808-Ljbffr /p
