Department: Finance brReports To: Accounting and Reporting Manager brScope of the Role brThe Credit Collection Coordinator is responsible for managing the company's credit collection activities, ensuring timely customer payments while maintaining positive business relationships. The role contributes to optimizing cash flow, minimizing credit risk, and supporting the Finance team through effective monitoring of outstanding receivables and compliance with company credit policies. brJob Description brWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Collection Coordinator to join our Finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment, collaborating closely with Finance, Sales and Customer Service to ensure an efficient credit collection process and support the company's financial performance. brKey Responsibilities brManage collection activities and follow up on outstanding receivables for domestic and international customers. brMonitor customer aging reports and prepare regular reports on collection performance and overdue balances. brCollaborate with the Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve disputes, account holds and payment discrepancies. brAnalyze customer credit positions and recommend appropriate corrective actions in case of late payments or increased credit risk. brSupport the management of payment plans and escalation procedures for overdue accounts. brPerform reconciliations of customer payments, ensuring the correct allocation of incoming receipts. brMaintain accurate customer account records and ensure data integrity within the ERP system.



brSupport month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable and Credit Collection. brContribute to the continuous improvement of credit management processes, reporting and internal controls. brEnsure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and audit requirements. brKey Competencies brStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. brExcellent negotiation and communication skills. brHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail. brExcellent planning and organizational skills. brAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. brCollaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills. brProactive approach and continuous improvement mindset. brIntegrity, confidentiality and reliability. brQualifications brDegree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline. brPrevious experience in Credit Collection, Accounts Receivable or Credit Control within an international environment. brGood understanding of accounting principles and credit management processes. brExperience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. brGood command of English, both written and spoken. brWhat We Offer brThe opportunity to join an international and dynamic company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
